Symptoms
OSB outbound request http header contains multiple lines, which doesn't follow RFC 7230. Issue can be replicated easily as following:
Any soap proxy / business, at pipeline design / Routing / Transport Header action
set http / Content-Type = 'multipart/related; boundary=MIME_Boundary;action="urn:ihe:iti:2007:CrossGatewayRetrieveResponse"'
