Symptoms
1. WLS Admin Server and Node Manager can be started successfully. WLS Version 12.2.1.2, Forms and Reports version 12.2.1.2
2. OHS Started successfully.
3. startComponent 'repsvr12c01' standalone reports server
nodemanger windows output following error message:
