Symptoms

After installing JDeveloper 12.2.1.4 in redhat linux and starting it using ./jdev command, the splash screen starts to open but then disappears.

ERROR

No errors

STEPS
------
1. Install Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4 in redhat linux
2. Start Jdeveloper using the command:
./jdev
3. The splash screen starts to open then disappears.
