After Having Added a New Member to a Hyperion Planning Dimension, ODI Execution Receives "com.hyperion.odi.planning.ODIPlanningException:The source result set contains column ([NAME]) which has no corresponding column on the planning side" (Doc ID 2687714.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Workspace > Planning, a new Member <NAME> has been added to the <DIMENSION> Dimension.

The Hyperion Essbase database has been successfully refreshed, and the newly added Member is shown.

However, when reverse engineering the <DIMENSION> Dimension in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio, the newly added Member does not show as column under the <DIMENSION> Datastore.

Also, when manually adjusting the Datastore to add the missing column, then using the <NAME> column in the ODI 12c Mapping (or 11g Integration Interface) which loads data to the Planning Dimension above...

... the execution fails, and following error message is received:
