Symptoms
On Tuxedo 10.0.X
Services of a random servers are taking longer time than usual to process on intermittent basis
The output of a script which runs "psr" command and grep for BBL at a gap of 1 sec (sleep 1 ) at the time of issue shows below data.
-After " Jun 10 16:06:37" BBL is next printed on "Jun 10 16:07:15"
-After "Jun 10 16:07:17" BBL is next printed on "Jun 10 16:07:50"
