GWWS Service Crashed when Calling Outbound REST Call on Tuxedo 12.1.3 (Doc ID 2688631.1)

Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, Service GWWS fails after several repeated calls 'tpcall' with the result failed and when users do a call to an outgoing service and the reply is a controlled error. 
The issue appears when the user calls several times the same service and GWWS crashes and receives these messages after do 'tpcall', See the following stack trace below :
