OGG 19 Downstream Extract Intermittently Hangs (Doc ID 2688791.1)

Symptoms

Customer upgraded the downstream database to 19c (19.6.1.0.200414DBRUR) and OGG 19.1 (19.1.0.0.2)
and since then they were having intermittent extract hangs at same SCN. Only option is to restart extract and it starts moving forward again to hang after a day or two.

 

Changes

 After database and OGG upgrade to 19c.
