Goal

 On :  12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Production OSB server is not starting after the OS upgrade RHEL 6.3 version to 7.8

So, this log shows close to 2hrs of startup time and yet the OSB Server is not started.

There is no Server is RUNNING message anywhere in logs.
