Symptoms

Issue with blank or empty value for query parameter after upgrade to OSB 12.2.1.4.0

When using REST Proxy and Business Services getting java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The template variable 'QPARAMKEYxxx' has no value.

The URL with below pattern for query parameter works in OSB 12.2.1.3.0 but same URL result in exception after upgrading to OSB 12.2.1.4.0. The query parameter id here is empty
