Symptoms

"Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:180000, Jdbc-OCI:189000" occurs after applying the following Windows Bundle Patch.

 - 18.10.0.0.200414 WIN DB BP Patch 30901451
 - 18.9.0.0.200114 WIN DB BP Patch 30445951

When running the application which is using JDBC OCI Driver after applying the patch, the following error occurs.
