WSM Policy - Error while create like policy wss10_x509 from policy "oracle/wss10_x509_token_with_me

We are having issue while creating a new OWSM Policy based on wss10_x509 policy

When i click on Create Like button, i am getting Error screen with the message

Datacontrol is null for Method:handleTaskFlowRegisterHelpTopicIdEvent, fullName:data/as_policymgr_policyManagerPageDef/handleTaskFlowRegisterHelpTopicIdEvent/invoke
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException, msg=Datacontrol is null for Method :handleTaskFlowRegisterHelpTopicIdEvent, fullname:data/as_policymgr_policyManagerPageDef/handleTaskFlowRegisterHelpTopicIdEvent/invoke


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Enterprise Manager, navigate to
WebLogic Domain > Web Services > WSM Policies
2. Search where name contains “wss10_x509” and select
“oracle/wss10_x509_token_with_message_protection_client_policy”
 
3. With that selected, press the “Create Like” button
