Unable to Access Both Internal and External Web Services Using OdiInvokeWebService in an ODI Package (Doc ID 2690246.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Package with OdiInokeWebService cannot execute without first running the HTTP Analyzer. The Data Server for the Web Service can test successfully and the Web Service is reachable from a Web Browser, but the Package throws an error when first executed without the HTTP Analyzer.
