EM OSB Console: Toggle URI State Button Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2690601.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Mgmt & Monitoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EM OSB Console: Toggle URI State button not working as expected

In EM Fusion Middleware Control on individual Business Service Dashboard page something is not ok:
1. If you choose osb server 1 and push Toggle URI State than state on the endpoint for both osb servers is displayed as Offline
2. If you choose osb server 2 and push Toggle URI State than correct message is displayed but state of the endpoints is displayed as before(no change)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. If you choose osb server 1 and push Toggle URI State than state on the endpoint for both osb servers is displayed as Offline => this is not OK. The status should be offline only on the server where the Toggle was triggered
2. If you choose osb server 2 and push Toggle URI State than correct message is displayed but state of the endpoints is displayed as before(no change)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

To mark an endpoint URI offline manually:

  In Fusion Middleware Control Target Navigator, do one of the following:

  Expand SOA, expand service-bus, and then click the project containing the business service whose URI you want to modify. On the Service Health tab, perform a search for and select the business service.

  Expand SOA, select service-bus, and then click the Operations tab. Perform a search for and select the business service whose URI you want to modify.

  The Dashboard for the selected business service appears.
  Scroll down to the Endpoint URIs section.
  Select the online endpoint URI you want to mark offline, and click Toggle URI State.


BUSINESS IMPACT
