Cannot Access the Https URL After Configuring the OHS Instance to Listen to a Privileged Port (Doc ID 2691433.1)

Symptoms

OHS instance is configured to use Privileged Port by following https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/webtier/administer-ohs/getstart.htm#GUID-CE302A2D-C964-4D97-9A3D-1B9C07A82FFF

After the above configuration able start the OHS instance successfully but cannot call the https URL from the browser with "This site can't provide a secure connection" message.

No errors are seen in the OHS logs and the ohs1.log shows:

 

Changes

 Modified the httpd.conf and ssl.conf file present at /<Domain_Home>/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/<component_name>/ to listen to specific privileged port.
