JDBC.STATEMENTTIMEOUT Doesn't Work During Running Sleep Procudure in ORDS (Doc ID 2691438.1)

Symptoms

 Jdbc.statementTimeout specifies the time limit in seconds within SQL execution time, but it does not work when running a sleep procedure.

Steps to reproduce:

http://localhost:<PORT>/ords/testsleep2

Result:
After 1200 sec, the "Sleep 1200sec" message shown, indicating the timeout did not occur.
