This applies to both the /pls/orasso application and to Portal.
This does not apply to ORASSO version 10.1.4.0.1 and above.

After configuring or reconfiguring Oracle9iAS or OracleAS 10g behind a reverse proxy login to ORASSO (http(s)://<external host name>:<external port>/pls/orasso) or Portal results in the error:
You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)
Reconfigured SSO server or Portal behind a reverse proxy.
