TMADMSVR Do Not Start When Multiple Tuxedo Domains Booted With Different UID (Doc ID 2692502.1)

Two separate Tuxedo domains configured on AIX machine with TMADMSVR server in each domain.

The first TMADMSVR boots. However, on the other Tuxedo domain, the TMADMSVR server fails to boot with following error

Issue started after applying Tuxedo RP063 on AIX machine.
