We got flagged for compliance for below schemas having the mentioned system privileges. Can you please let us know if we can revoke or any alternate for these privileges ? Also, use of these.

Non-user account *_ESS has system privilege CREATE ANY JOB.
Non-user account *_ESS has system privilege MANAGE SCHEDULER.
Non-user account *_SOAINFRA has system privilege DEQUEUE ANY QUEUE.
Non-user account *_SOAINFRA has system privilege ENQUEUE ANY QUEUE.
Non-user account *_SOAINFRA has system privilege MANAGE ANY QUEUE.
