Symptoms

1.When ekit "create vserver" job fails , re-running the same job "createvserver" via ekit fails with the error 'vServer <vserver> already exists ignoring create request' until 40-60 minutes.

2.After rectifying the issue in emoc , when you create the same vserver manually in emoc GUI, it successfully works.

3.After waiting for 40-60 minutes , if you run the same job via the ekit results in successful.
