Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

OSB environment has been upgraded from 12.1.3.0 to version 12.2.1.3.0.

When testing Business Services via REST from OSB console and service is unavailable, we never receive a timeout and could see stuck threads in both Admin and OSB servers.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.1.3.0 to version 12.2.1.3.0.
