The goal of this document is to identify a method for trouble shooting APEX Social Sign-in authentication issues. This document applies to both on premise and APEX on Oracle Cloud services. The APEX Social Sign-in function uses APEX_WEB_SERVICE, which is using the database UTL_HTTP call. This document outlines the trouble shooting steps and considerations related to Social Sign-in authentication.
