After implementing IBM PowerSC (Security and Compliance) on database server, following error is thrown in weblogic server log file:

Changes

 IBM PowerSC disables deprecated protocols and connections mechanisms that are considered deprecated or insecure as well as implements some policies related to the prevention of DoS / DDoS attacks. When the server (through PowerSC) observes a high number of requests to establish TCP connections in a short time, it reacts with the objective of protection.

Error did not occur before enabling this feature.
