Symptoms

GG target resource was relocated from <host1> to <host2> via XAG agctl stop/start command. Once the relocation is completed, source pump process failed to start and connect to host2:

Target ggserr.log didn't have any messages logged by mgr during the same timeframe, either. The connection issue lasted for 4+ hours before it finally auto-corrected by itself.

Changes

 Target GG instance was relocated and restarted on a new node in the cluster.
