現象
ORDS で db.connectionType=tns が構成されていると IO エラーが発生して起動に失敗します。

変更点
DB 接続タイプを下記のように TNS に設定しています:
<entry key="db.connectionType">tns</entry>
<entry key="db.tnsAliasName"><TNS alias name in tnsnames.ora></entry>
<entry key="db.tnsDirectory"><The directory location of tnsnames.ora file></entry>
