Weblogic User Does Not Have Full Administrator Privileges For WCP (Doc ID 2694686.1)

Symptoms

The "weblogic" user is missing some administrator privileges. The Settings page is not available for the "weblogic" user.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduce as follows:

  1. Log in to WebCenter Portal using the OOB "weblogic" user.
  2. Access the Administrator page : http://host:port/webcenter/portal/admin/
  3. Notice the "Settings" tab is not available.
