Unable To Commit Documents From WebCenter Content: Imaging To WebCenter Content and Error "Could not determine wsdl ports" Occurs in the Log (Doc ID 2694892.1)

Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content (WCC) and WebCenter Content: Imaging version 12.2.1.3.0.

The below errors are seen in the server log:

ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException, ErrorMessage = javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Could not determine wsdl ports. WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL from http://<host>:4444/idcnativews/IdcWebLoginPort?WSDL: HTTP connection error code is 502
