File(s) Not Showing In Document Records For Select User After Loading It Through HDL (Doc ID 2696284.1)

Goal

Customer is not seeing files uploaded to Document of Records. Seeing the message as there is nothing here so far. Customer is successfully uploading and attaching the document but upon refreshing the page, attachment is not seen. Issue is seen with few users not all though. Issue is seen in both the UI's- ESS and HR role UI.

Please check the health of UCM server and also if the there is any issue with UCM server causing the issue.
