JMS Queue's And Messages Are Not Visible Under JMS Modules And JMS Servers In 12c OSB (Doc ID 2696418.1)

Customer is not able to view the JMS messages and queue's inside the JMS module's and JMS servers intermittently. Sometimes it is visible and some time it disappear from the weblogic console.
