Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Technology Adapters, Database (JDBC) Adapter
Issue was seen with DBAdpater Polling Service while using query in MappingsMeta.
You can see the query used getting printed in the logs when trace enabled, however no instance is created in the EM console.
Could see the warning in the logs
