Symptoms
ENVIRONMENT SETUP
==============
The setup of the Cluster is as follows
Managed Servers: MS1 , M2, and MS3 in the cluster named cluster1.
Migratable Target 1 Name: MS1(migratable) hosting JTA1 and JMS1 Services, Current Hosting Server: MS1, Candidate Server: MS1, MS2
Migratable Target 2 Name: MS2(migratable) hosting JTA2 and JMS2 Services, Current Hosting Server: MS2, Candidate Server: MS1, MS2
Managed Servers are in cluster and Migration bases are set to Consensus.
When attempting to start Managed Server using startManagedWeblogic.sh script, the following error occurs.
