Upgrade Assistant Readiness Check Fails With: "Failed to retrieve Oracle Audit data source" (Doc ID 2697675.1)

Symptoms

Oracle WebCenter Portal upgrade from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3.

Upgrade assistance readiness check fails with the below error message:

So this issue will be fixed in 12.2.1.0.0 and later releases.

Completed schema test: SYNONYMS_TEST --> Test that the audit schema required synonyms are present +++ PASS
Finished readiness check of Oracle Audit Services with status: FAILURE.
