Symptoms

Getting the following error while running psa to upgrade the schema from 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9

Log file is located at: /opt/portal_domain/middleware/oracle_common/upgrade/logs/psa2020-08-04-10-16-45AM.log
UPGAST-00237: A duplicate component definition for component AUDIT has been detected in Oracle Home /opt/portal_domain/middleware/oracle_common.
UPGAST-00054: error loading config file /opt/portal_domain/middleware/oracle_common/upgrade/components/audit.xml
The command failed to complete successfully
