Symptoms

In an OIM-OAM 12.2.1.4 integrated setup when setting a filter to narrow the reconciliation for the SSO User Reconciliation, a full reconciliation is run. There are no errors thrown in the logs.

 Filter example:

It is expected that the reconciliation should bring back only the user(s) who match the specified filter.
