After Starting OHS 11g the Following Message is Recorded "SSLv3 is an insecure protocol." (Doc ID 2697979.1)

Symptoms

When reviewing the logs after setting ssl protocols and starting OHS, sslv3 is still found and the following warning occurs.

[DATE/TIME] [OHS] [WARNING:32] [OHS-205] [core.c] [host_id: <HOSTNAME>] [host_addr: <IP>] [pid: <PID>] [tid: <TID>] [user: <USER>] [VirtualHost: <HOSTNAME.DOMAIN:PORT>]  Init: (<HOSTNAME.DOMAIN:PORT>) SSLv3 is an insecure protocol. Please consider using TLS instead of SSLv3.
