Symptoms

After applying PSU 10.3.6.200714(I37G), many deployed applications no longer work correctly.

The following errors were seen in troubleshooting the issue:

 The above error appears to be an issue with the tapestry(Apache Product) code. 

 

Changes

 Applied the PSU 10.3.6.200714(I37G) to WebLogic Server.
