Symptoms

Upgrading Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.

Uninstalled 12.2.1.3 OUD and Middleware.

Attempting to install OUD 12.2.1.4 returns the following error:

INST-07545: Unexpected Error. com.oracle.cie.gdr.utils.GdrException: Failed to determine dependencies of superseding feature set: OPatch Auto Core 13.9.4.2.2

The launcher<date_time>.log shows:
