Symptoms

 Application use below method to remove default XML header on WebLogic 11g with JDK JAXB provider.  But same code  can't work after migrating to WebLogic 12.2.1.3 with JDK JAXB provider.


Marshaller.setProperty("com.sun.xml.bind.xmlDeclaration", Boolean.FALSE);
