Permissions of "/oraInventory/locks" Directory & inventory.lock Getting Changed in OPatch 13.9.4.2.2 (Doc ID 2698697.1)

Symptoms

After applying the OPatch version 13.9.4.2.2, the <Patch 6880880>, permission of oraInventory/locks directory & <>/oraInventory/locks/inventory.lock are getting changed to 770 and 660 respectively. As per company policy it is requite to set to 750 and 640. Then change is happening when running any OPatch command.

Changes

 Apply OPatch version 13.9.4.2.2, the <Patch 6880880>
