Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.4.X: Exalogic Control-Stack OEL6 and OVM3.4 Target Stuck in Status Pending in EMCC 13.2

Symptoms
In EM 13.2 Console, after discovering Exalogic virtual rack [OEL6 & OVM3.4], the Exalogic Control Target remains in Status Pending.
Exalogic Virtual rack discovery, the target Exalogic Control with OVM 3.4 Guest having missing Key and tag values in EM 13.2 & shows no data displays as shown in below images:
Please navigate to following path and check whether Exalogic Control has vServer tags.
Targets-->Oracle Exalogic-->Select & Exapand problematic Exalogic rack --> Click on Exalogic control--> navigate to Exalogic Control vServer tags(Left side navigation bar)-->Check the Key/Tag values.
