Symptoms


After Applying Patch 28186730 for version 13.9.2.4.2 running most opatch commands fail with error 255.

This command will work correctly.

opatch version

The other commands will fail without any output other than error if debug options are off.

./opatch lsinventory

OPatch failed with error code 255
