Line Break Character "&#xd ;" Returned in XML Response After Migrating to WebLogic 12.2.1.3 (Doc ID 2700040.1)

Symptoms

After migrating one web service application to WebLogic 12.2.1.3,  It is obvious change is that Line break character "&#xd ;" returned in response on WebLogic 12.2.1.3.    But No character "&#xd ;" returned when executing same application on weblogic 10.3.6

Application will retrieve below data Stored in DB.
