Custom ESS Jobs: schedule an application for every X minutes/hrs between some Y and Z hours. (Doc ID 2700403.1)

How to solve some custome ESS scheduling challenges like below that are not available out of the box.

1. To schedule a job to run DAILY from 10 PM to 4 AM at a half an hour interval - When we selected to create such a schedule through EM, we were given an option to either select hours/minutes or Daily as an option but both were not possible. How can we approach for a solution to this problem?

2. To create a schedule that will execute a job daily - We have multiple jobs that are to be executed at a certain time and are to be executed daily. Most of these jobs will not return a response and are one way. Since this job needs to be executed once daily, we need to understand how we can configure it to be set that way. For example if my job is to run say every day 2 AM, then what should be my configurations for it?
