Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

SOA Enterprise Manager console is too slow

I have recently installed SOA quick start 12.2.1.4 and trying to do some POC on it. When I login to the SOA enterprise manager, it takes 2-3 minutes before it displayes postlogin page. I have tried to enable discovery cache as suggested by Oracle however it still takes 2-3 minutes to login.

There is no error in the log files.

After login, EM works fine. Its just the login time which is too high
