OSB 12c Only Warning, Error Level Message Is Broadcasted to Domain Log (Doc ID 2701955.1)

Symptoms

Only Error, Warning level log is broadcasted to domain log. Info level log is filtered. Even in WebLogic console the "Domain log broadcaster" for specific server is changed to "Info".
