ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FSAL with Java 11 gives unclear and scrappy display (forms) in Windows 10
Forms is working with FSAL and Java 11 client in Windows10, but the display is not clear.
With Java 8 display is very clear.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting Forms FSAL display to be same for JRE 11 and 8 versions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Download Java 11 of zip format.
2. Run the FSAL with Java 11 executable.
