in "Post-Upgrade Validation Tasks" section, there are many manual steps to upgrade the version of the lucene index files.
Having to download the Lucene JARS to enable upgrade in this scenario and perform the upgrade manually is not user friendly and error prone.
This should be part of the normal upgrade process and not left to the customers to do manually. Please create Enhancement Request to automate the process to upgrade version of the lucene index files.
