Goal

Sometimes in order to troubleshoot a problem you may need to capture  and analyze TCP traffic. For example, you may want to analyze  what LDAP requests were performed by the SOA or BPM server or monitor the SOAP requests between two SOA servers.

The document describes how to capture and analyze the TCP traffic using the tcpdump and wireshark tools .
