Symptoms

When attempting to click on soa-infra, the following error occurs.

ERROR

In Browser: An unresolvable error has occurred . please contact your administrator.

In logs:

weblogic.application.ClassLoaderNotFoundException: oracle.bpm.hwfanalytics.ejb.IHWFSynthesizerRemote is not found due to missing GenericClassLoader.annotation:soa-infra@oracle.bpm.runtime.bpmn-engine-ejb.jar
