The WebLogic Admin Server Takes Too Long to Start with No Apparent Errors in the Logs (Doc ID 2703836.1)

Symptoms

The WebLogic Admin Server takes more than two hours to start. Earlier, the startup was quick. The AdminServer.out log shows that the startup gets hung at the below point:


It takes more than two hours to reach from "TRACE1" to "TRACE2". There are no entries present in the logs after the "TRACE 2".
