Using GoldenGate 12.3.x "classic" (not Microservice) or higher
$OGG_HOME/pmsrvr.log shows -> ERROR| Error (dirbdb): BDB0102 Previous Transaction Deadlock Return Not Resolved
In GoldenGate Monitor Server UI or Oracle Enterprise Manager/GoldenGate HomePage (OGG plugin), the wrong process status is displayed
for GoldenGate targets and/or metrics data is incorrect or stale.
GoldenGate Monitor Server or OEM/GoldenGate plugin send "false" email alerts such process down when it is really running.
